Trail running is great, but so is your health!
To guarantee a race in the best conditions, we will check that each participant has the following equipment:
For the 35 kms: water bottle or water bag of at least one litre per competitor
For the 22 kms: water bottle or water bag of at least one litre per competitor
For the 10 kms: water bottle or water bag of at least half a litre per competitor
Whistles, survival blanket, mobile phone with charged battery for all, clothing and footwear suitable for trail running.
Poles are permitted on all three routes.
