Val Durance Trail

La section trail du foyer rural de Peyruis avec la collaboration du Club Pénitent en Durance des Mées organisent la 3ème édition du Val Durance Trail le dimanche 12 avril 2026 à Peyruis (04).

Ce magnifique village de 2800 habitants surplombant la Vallée de la Durance et se situant à mi chemin entre Manosque et Sisteron, regorge de plusieurs dizaines de kilomètres de sentiers monotraces.

Nous vous proposons à travers ces trois parcours « Pierre Plantée » 10 kms 400 D+, « Tourdeaux » 22kms 1000D+ et « Balcons de la Durance » 42km 1800D+ de venir profiter de ce beau terrain de jeu, vous y découvrirez nos patrimoines comme la chapelle Saint Donnat et la chapelle d’Augès (22 et 42 km) et sur des sentiers en balcon vous aurez en visuel la montagne de Lure, les sommets bas alpins, le Cousson, la crête des dourbes, cheval blanc et bien plus encore mais surtout un panorama 360° sur le Val de la Durance avec en fond les pénitents des Mées.

A brand new website!

The event is growing and it was time for us to have a website to share information with runners about the course and results from previous years. So we called on a young, very local company, MonTrail (located 20km from Peyruis), to create our website. So you'll have innovative features like a 3d view of the course, a dedicated trail car-sharing area, and your photos and results from previous years directly on the site! Launch of the 2025 edition

After a successful first edition, we are pleased to announce that the Val Durance Trail will be held for the second time on Sunday 13 April! We've thought of you by adding a range of race formats to suit everyone, young and old, hardened runners and novice runners alike.

The first edition of the Val Durance Trail was a real success, both in terms of the smooth running of the event and the satisfaction expressed by the runners and walkers at the microphone of our announcer. We'd like to thank all the volunteers and runners for making the first edition a real success, and for laying the foundations for the future.
